Gilchrist Postgraduate Club


The Gilchrist Postgraduate Club is named in honour of Marion Gilchrist. She was the first female graduate of the University of Glasgow and the first woman to gain a medical degree in Scotland.

The club is located in the basement of the Lower Halls situated within the Gilbert Scott Building. It was designed by ECD Architects and was opened 26 October 2012.
