French Language and Literature (Marshall Chair)


The Marshall Chair of Modern Romantic Languages was founded in 1917 and endowed by the gift of Robert Marshall, James Clason-Harvie and others. In 1966 the title was amended to become the Marshall Chair of French Language and Literature.
