Biography of Thomas Coutts
Thomas Coutts was Principal of the University from 1510 to 1513.
Coutts was born near Aberdeen and may have been a regent at King's College there, before coming to the University. He had studied at the Universities of Paris (where Hector Boece was a fellow-student) and Louvain.
