Biography of Robert Heaton Jack
Sergeant (Pilot) Robert Heaton Jack was born in Glasgow and attended the High School there. He matriculated at the University in 1937 to study for an Ordinary Arts degree, but left after one year.
Jack joined the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve and trained as a pilot. He died in a flying accident on 31 May 1940.
